Beyond payroll, you’ll support day-to-day HR and coordination work such as employee relations, administration, office management, and compliance, while helping keep cross-functional projects and tasks organized and moving forward. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a small, fast-moving team, and wants broad exposure across the business.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payroll changes.
Partner with payroll and benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries and process changes.

Coordination & Administration
Coordinate cross-functional tasks and projects, keeping deadlines and deliverables on track.
Take clear notes in meetings, capturing decisions and action items so nothing is missed.
Follow up with team members and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
Organize logistics for meetings, onboarding, and internal team activities.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.
Human Resources
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions on payroll, benefits, HR policies, and workplace concerns.
Maintain HR data, personnel files, and HRIS records with accuracy and discretion, keeping practices aligned with company policy and Quebec employment standards.
Support policy implementation, employee handbook updates, and HR documentation.
