Boulart is a North American industrial artisan bakery, founded by Michel Saillant and based in Lachine, Quebec. Saillant wanted to offer the quality of artisanal bread, with the precision and industrial consistency factories produce. Thus, the unique process and state-of-the-art fully automated production facility Boulart thrives with today was created.

Boulart prides itself on transparency. We make our bread without any preservatives, additives, or added sugar. Instead, using simple and pure ingredients that we’re proud to share. And it’s this quality at such a mass level that sets Boulart apart. We provide the highest quality bread to large-scale retailers, major restaurant chains, and small specialty shops across North America.
